We offer classes aimed at different abilities, from complete beginners through to intermediate level classes for those more experienced.

Our classes are open to all and are accessible to all. The use of props designed by B.K.S. Iyengar and the training our teachers undergo, allows yoga to be practiced by all.

Email us or come in to talk to us and we can advise you on the most suitable classes for you.

Class Prices

We offer drop-in prices or you can make great savings by purchasing a Yoga Card. Some of our classes are booking-only, such as the Introductory course.

Yoga Cards

If you come regularly, you can benefit from our Yoga Card scheme. Purchasing a 6, 12 or 52 class Yoga Card is an easy way of paying for your regular class, as well as a cost saving for you. Yoga Cards are valid for 2 months (6 Classes), 4 months (12 Classes) from the date of the first class.

Note: If you buy a card for up to or over 1hr 30 mins classes, you can attend all classes of shorter length (excluding pre-bookable courses and classes).
