Indira has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for 15 years and brings a wealth of experience in teaching pregnancy yoga. She is a trained birth companion (Doula) and works as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Indira’s teaching style is precise, warm and supportive.
