Residential weekend Retreats

Ursula and John have been teaching weekends at various locations in the UK for the past fifteen years. They have always proved very popular. Attending them is a reliable way of both completely relaxing and deepening your yoga practice at the same time. For the last three years they have been teaching at a beautiful 17th century manor house :-Oxon Hoath, near Tonbridge in Kent. The food is superb, the environment very conducive to yoga with lovely walks in the grounds and in the surrounding countryside. This year they have invited Barbara Norvell
as special guest teacher>

Pre Teacher Training Course

Ursula Schoonraad  is offering a ten week pre teacher training course on Monday evenings from 8 - 9.30pm from 20th September - 29th November 2010 at £150.   Ursula is a fully qualified teacher trainer and Assessor

We have recently had a number of requests to run  classes on special themes For example we have done
